BWOB Rising is a 501(c)(3) registered global nonprofit community of high-potential, mid-career Black women. Our objective is to accelerate access to the C-Suite via professional and personal development.

Essential to membership is a shared understanding and commitment to always be “sending the elevator back down” to support not only our members but also future generations of leaders.
